APS
- PRIMARY ATTENTION in HEALTH
In our work of health the APS is fundamental. The base of the
APS is the COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION. It was largely developed since the beginning
of our practice.
- PROMOTION
- We inform the population on our services and our programs by interpersonal
means of communication like meetings and visits with all the productive sectors.
The fastest transmission resources of information are the Popular Persons
in charge for Health. We also emit lampoons, bulletins and other documents
of presentation. Our objective is to reach all the population of the commune
of Potosí.

ASSISTANCE - We have medical departments by consultation and also
by visit with residence. To supplement our services, we have an infirmary,
a popular pharmacy, a laboratory and we offer dental services.
- PREVENTION
- We inform the population through formations, courses, workshops, seminars
and others. The subjects of the workshops are:

aid
- More
frequent diseases
- Sexual
and reproductive health
- Attention
of the woman
- Basic
cleansing and environment
- Sun
water disinfection with SODIS
- Social
analyze problems, like violence.
- Leadership
with sort perspective
These workshops are intended to carry out an analysis reflected on the social
health and problems which people live. These workshops help to decrease the
high indices of mortalities and social problems.
- REHABILITATION
- We decrease the malnutrition of the children less than 6 years. The children
are sheltered in the infantile center where they are constant in their education
and their food, with the assistance of the organization and the participation
of their parents.
